The months
None of the three flights names a season when it stops, and all three had departures on the December 2026 and January 2027 dates we read. What changes through the year is the weather.
The tropical cyclone season runs from 1 November to 30 April; cyclones outside those months are rare (Bureau of Meteorology, checked November 2026). A cyclone is an uncommon event, not a reason to avoid half the year, but it is one more reason to leave spare days after your flight in those months.

If you will be in the water too
The marine stinger season, November to May, matters only if your day includes swimming or snorkelling: stingers are found in tropical Queensland waters all year, and the risk is higher in those months (Queensland Government, checked November 2026). Whales and other wildlife
From the plane, manta rays, turtles, dugongs and sharks can show in the water, and whales at some times of year. None of it is guaranteed, and no flight is timed for it.
